A one-step rapid detection assay for Beta-lactams including Cephalexin, and Tetracyclines in milk, based on the colloidal gold immunochromatography technology.
Intended for detection of Beta-lactams including Cephalexin, and Tetracycline residues in raw commingled cow milk, pasteurized milk, full cream milk powder, goat and ewes milk (referring to table 1). The test employs binding reagents linked to gold particles, and is performed in one single step. The test result is interpreted visually by colored indicators on the dipstick or by use of a reader.
